I picked Termly since it looked like a solid option, and users' consent could flow from your subdomain to your primary site for a better experience. To ensure everything was configured right, I reached out to see if they could verify it. They responded promptly and assisted me in becoming compliant.

I really wish I could grab the policies I make in MS Word or something like that. It would make it way easier to share with my colleagues and get them translated into the right Afrikaans and other official languages we use here in South Africa.

I get that you want to keep them updated all the time, but as a subscriber, I thought it would be simple to download them. So, I'm a bit let down.

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with their customer support!! Termly was totally on the ball and helped me out in no time!

Even after I signed up for the paid membership, you still ain't letting me copy the document to my system, whether it has a watermark or not. Plus, there's no way to draft a cancellation policy agreement.

Update: Termly got in touch with me and explained they were facing some tech issues with their scanner. Everything's back to normal now. I gotta say, I'm quite impressed with their customer support. They really went above and beyond to sort things out and make up for the troubles I faced. They even followed up the day after I posted my reviews. I'm bumping my rating up to four stars. My only gripe is that this wasn’t sorted out during my first support request. I've got another site that needs policies, and I’ll definitely be using them again.

Not great, I had to grab a Chrome add-on just to copy my Privacy Policy.

Today, I took a good chunk of time to explore Termly, and I gotta say, I'm really blown away by the platform.

I went ahead and used the WordPress plugin to set up the consent banner and auto blocker on my site. After that, I crafted and added my privacy and cookie policies along with the terms of service. Honestly, I’m just so impressed with how straightforward and user-friendly everything was. Can’t wait to pitch this to my clients!

The customer support is just awful. I attempted to use a code they provided on my site, and it ended up putting a Termly logo and a form on every single child page. I’ve tried a bunch of methods to get rid of it, but no luck.

The real kicker is that I’ve been trying to sort this out for nearly two weeks now. They take ages—like 3 to 4 days—between responses, and their replies feel like they’re just copying from a script. They don’t really address my specific problem and are super vague.

Meanwhile, my site is live, and clients are coming in, asking why a supposedly professional site has this issue.

I definitely wouldn’t suggest using them, as they’re not going to help you when you really need it!

I attempted to arrange a meeting to get a better grasp of their offerings and ask for assistance before committing to the pro plan. For two days straight, I scheduled a Zoom meeting at their suggested times, but they didn’t show up either time. Now I'm in a bind, unsure if I should proceed with their services since they can’t even make it to meetings.

I received top-notch service, addressing my concerns and sorting them out to a great result. I'm really happy that my dealings with on-lineantiqueauctions.com in the UK are done regularly.

Super easy to use and quick to create policies. One downside is that the policies are only offered in English.
